We're looking for a Social Media Sorcerer who knows that each platform has its own magic formula. Someone who can craft campaigns that not only go viral but also drive real business results.

What You'll Be Doing

Create and manage high performing campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more
Develop platform specific strategies that leverage unique features and audiences
Design eye catching ad creatives and compelling copy that stops the scroll
Build and optimize audience targeting for maximum ROI
Implement retargeting campaigns that convert warm audiences

What We Need From You

5+ years managing social media advertising with proven track record
Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads
Fluency in English and native in either Dutch, Spanish or German
Strong copywriting skills and understanding of what makes content viral
Experience with audience segmentation and lookalike targeting
