What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct technical audits that uncover hidden ranking opportunities
- Develop keyword strategies that actually convert (not just bring traffic)
- Build link-building campaigns that Google loves and competitors envy
- Optimize content that ranks AND converts
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create SEO-optimized experiences
What We Need From You
- 5+ years of proven SEO experience with results to show for it
- Mastery of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link building
- Fluency in English and native in either Dutch, Spanish or German
- Deep knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console)
- Understanding of how SEO integrates with CRO, content, and paid advertising
- Portfolio of successful SEO campaigns with measurable results
