We're looking for a Google Ads Ninja who doesn't just run campaigns, you dominate them. Someone who can spot a winning ad from a mile away and knows exactly how to scale it without breaking the bank.
What You'll Be Doing
- Create and optimize Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
- Develop winning ad copy that converts clicks into customers
- Conduct keyword research that uncovers hidden goldmines
- Manage budgets like a CFO and ROI like a hawk
- A/B test everything (because gut feelings don't pay the bills)
- Analyze data to make strategic decisions (not just pretty dashboards)
- Stay ahead of Google's constant updates and algorithm changes
What We Need From You
- 5+ years managing Google Ads campaigns with proven results
- Google Ads certification (or the skills to pass it in your sleep)
- Fluency in English and native in either Dutch, Spanish or German
- Deep knowledge of bid strategies, Quality Score optimization, and conversion tracking
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Ability to explain PPC concepts to clients who think CPC stands for "Cool People Club"
- Portfolio of campaigns that made competitors wonder how you got those numbers
Bonus Points For
- ⭐Experience with e-commerce and shopping campaigns
- ⭐Knowledge of other PPC platforms (Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
