What You'll Be Doing
- Design conversion focused websites and landing pages
- Create stunning visual designs that align with brand identities
- Build responsive designs that work flawlessly across all devices
- Optimize user journeys and interface elements for maximum conversions
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel perfect implementation
What We Need From You
- 5+ years of web design experience with a killer portfolio
- Expert knowledge of Figma and modern design tools
- Fluency in English and native in either Dutch, Spanish or German
- Strong understanding of UX principles and conversion optimization
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS to communicate effectively with developers
Bonus Points For
- ⭐Experience with animation and micro interactions
- ⭐Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design
- ⭐Understanding of design for SEO and performance optimization
- ⭐Experience with design systems and component libraries
