We're looking for a CRO Alchemist who can turn traffic into gold. Someone who understands that getting visitors is only half the battle, making them convert is where the magic happens.
What You'll Be Doing
- Analyze user behavior to identify conversion bottlenecks
- Design and run A/B tests that actually move the needle
- Create conversion-focused landing pages that perform
- Optimize user journeys from first click to final purchase
- Use heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics to uncover insights
What We Need From You
- 5+ years of proven CRO experience with measurable results
- Deep knowledge of A/B testing methodology and statistical significance
- Fluency in English and native in either Dutch, Spanish or German
- Experience with CRO tools like Hotjar, VWO, Optimizely, or Google Optimize
- Strong understanding of UX principles and consumer psychology
Bonus Points For
- ⭐Experience with multivariate testing and personalization
- ⭐Knowledge of HTML/CSS for implementing test variations
- ⭐Expertise in e-commerce optimization and funnel analysis
- ⭐Understanding of how CRO integrates with SEO and paid advertising
